I already have a policy through a broker, and I’m pretty happy. Why would I change?
If you’ve found something that is working for you, stick with it. Our investors loved asking that question. Boardwalk is an insurtech company, but our roots are deeply ingrained in insurance. Our founders are directly from the insurance market and have extensive commercial insurance coverage knowledge and experience. Technology is our tool to help deliver superior customer service experiences and change how business owners manage their plans and protect their lives ’ work.

Our head office is just north of Toronto, Ontario, but we operate and write business across Canada.
We are licensed in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick.
I have a claim. Who do I call?
We’re resisting the urge to say ghostbusters right now.
Most policies will have a toll-free number on them to call when you need to submit a claim. You can typically find this number on the first or second page of your policy documents. We also have an internal claims department which could be reached by phone, email or by completing our claims intake form. We will get the ball rolling for you.
