Like any bricks-and-mortar brokerage, we get to know you and your business’s needs (in our case, through our quick online form), and then we negotiate with our partners to find the best coverage option for your business. We work closely with leading Canadian insurers and have access to their latest commercial insurance plans. We’re also accredited with the Better Business Bureau, in case you’re wondering about that.

I already have a policy through a broker, and I’m pretty happy. Why would I change?
If you’ve found a business insurance policy that’s working for you, stick with it. We’re resisting the urge to say “ghostbusters,” right now.
With any insurance policy, claims typically go through your insurer, which means that most policies will have a toll-free number on them to call. You can usually find this number on the first or second page of your policy documents. But if you want us to get the ball rolling for you, we also have an internal claims department that can be reached by phone, email or by completing our claims intake form.
